We all know the problems that caused many home buyers. Even areas outside the metro area such as Woodbridge, Dumfries, and Manassas were relatively expensive. Well, now things have changed and I don't think renters realize how cheap these places are. In some cases it is actually cheaper to buy than it is to rent. You will actually find townhomes for under $100,000 which was unheard of two years ago.
